Nour and Norah

This was Troy's cousin's wedding in Michigan. I tried to take my camera around and find some poses (without getting in the way of their hired photographer). Looking at these pictures truly showed me that I need more equiptment to be able to get more serious with weddings. A few turned out pretty well.

Getting started

Thank goodness for summer vacation!
I've decided I really want to jump into photography, and what better time than now?
I've got the camera, and a few decent lenses to start with and I've got the perfect subject to practice...My dog Sharie. She allows me a change camera settings, speeds and such while she sits perfectly posed, inside or out.
Thanks to my good friend Andi, I've gotten some tips on how to get started and I hope to display my progress here.
