I FINALLY got my new lens!

I ordered a new lens several weeks ago hoping to have it for my last scheduled photo shoot (Sarah's Maternity). It was due to arrive on a Wednesday, and I have Sarah's shoot a few days later. By Thursday I was wondering where my package was, so I checked the UPS tracking code and saw that it was "delivered" on Wednesday as scheduled to my "front door".
Of course, it was not there on Wednesday or Thursday when I learned this. I trekked through my neighborhood in the dark that night sneaking onto door steps and knocking on doors looking for my package. No where to be found.
I called UPS and the camera company and after 3 weeks of emails, forms, phone calls and waiting, I was due to receive a replaced lens. This time, I had it delivered to my school instead of a house.
THE DAY I was going to get the new lens, UPS called me and said they had recovered the original packages!!! Apparently, the driver dropped them off at the same number address on a different street within my neighborhood! The packages were there ever since.
So, now I have 2 identical lenses, and I paid for 1.
When I call the camera company to tell them about it, I wonder if they'll give me store credit for my honesty? :) wishful thinking.

I tested out the new lens on Sharie, she did fabulous, and the lens makes her look amazing!
